Stalzy’s Oktoberfest celebration to raise funds for music education at the Foundry

As part of their Oktoberfest celebration, Stalzy's Deli has generously offered to donate part of the proceeds to Madison Music Foundry. They want their gift to help young people gain access to music education, and so we will be using the funds to assist youth who are interested in learning music but can't otherwise afford the tuition. One program we are currently running includes using part of t-shirt sales to offer music lessons to kids who can't afford them. Another is that we offer financial assistance for our flagship program Rock Workshop. And we are particulalry excited to announce that all of this is happening on the eve of our 10th anniversary Oct. 7.

There is free music all day long including the Foundry's own Student Rock Band. And of course Stalzy's will be serving the many delicious offerings that they are well known for.

So it's hard to lose! Enjoy free live music, sample delicious food and drinks, AND help kids gain access to music education.
